Perquisites for the form:-
A signature of the owner scanned or image file
Keep ready a scanned pdf or image (jpg) file of these documents-
For Proof of Ownership- (any one of these docs)
Registry Papers (front page with stamp)
Allotment Letter
Possession Letter
For Proof of Identity- (any one of these docs)
Pan Card
Aadhar Card
Voter ID Or any applicable ID issued by Government agencies.
